As a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician, Neil is committed to restoring the practice of medical care to its ideal form. At WPA Medicine Staffing, he empowers providers to enhance the quality of their care while taking command of their careers. Raechel Gleason
Director of Operations


As the Director of Operations at WPA Medicine Staffing, Rae oversees the staffing process. This includes opening new searches, scheduling orientation and shifts, and reviewing and approving bill/pay rates between departments. She works closely with various internal and external stakeholders, such as site leaders, physicians, recruiters, coordinators, and third-party agencies, to ensure smooth and timely staffing operations.
April Butler
Director of Client Services


April’s role includes strategic forecasting and outreach efforts to connect short-staffed and burnt out departments with our roster of carefully-screened clinicians for supplemental coverage - she then remains the liaison between the facility and our recruiting team to continue their expansion efforts. April comes with an extensive background in business development and account management with over 7 years of experience in the locums industry.

As a Senior Recruiter, Rebecca focuses on strategic outreach and forecasting to connect hospitals and healthcare facilities facing staffing shortages with a roster of carefully-screened physicians and clinical providers. She serves as the liaison between the facility and the recruiting team, ensuring continuity of care for patients and supporting the facility’s ongoing staffing needs. With a fulfilling background in relationship-building and extensive experience in the locums industry, Rebecca finds the greatest reward in helping professionals find the right job that aligns with their goals.

Senior Clinical Recruiter


As a Senior Recruiter, Tim helps find and hire top talent for the nation's largest physician-led healthcare organization. He leverages his communication skills and analytical expertise to source, screen, and interview candidates, negotiate contracts, and facilitate onboarding. Tim manages a large portfolio of open positions across multiple specialties and regions, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the recruitment process.

Dave excels in strategic campaign development. He particularly enjoys spearheading the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that align with the brand's goals and resonate with consumers.
